When you move into your studio, you will find a set of bed linen and may wonder what they are for. Some of these items are important to use, while some may be replaced with your own if you prefer.

Mattress Protectors – Mandatory to Use

Matress are expensive and hard to dispose of or replace. To keep the mattress clean, hygienic, and in good condition for future tenants, both mattress protectors must always be used.

Please use them in the following order:

  1. Waterproof mattress protector – Place this directly on the mattress. It protects the mattress from spills and accidental stains.
  2. Molton mattress protector – Place this on top of the waterproof protector. It helps absorb moisture and reduces the need to wash the waterproof protector too frequently, as repeated washing can affect its waterproof properties.

Using both protectors correctly helps extend the life of the mattress and supports a more sustainable use of our furniture.

Other Bed Linen

Additional sheets or bed linen items that you do not plan to use, you may return them.

Please fold them neatly, take a photo of the returned items, and place them neatly in a plastci bag somewhere easily accessible in your studio so we can collect them during our next visit to the building.

Bathroom Carpet

The bathroom carpet is also recommended for use. It helps absorb excess water that may accidently run out of the shower while showering and will so prevents moisture damage to the floor, door, and walls.

Thank you for helping us keep our studios clean, comfortable, and sustainable for everyone!
