For over 50 years, we have been renting furnished accommodation in close cooperation with the KU Leuven Housing Department, welcoming national and international guest professors, researchers, PhD candidates, postgraduates, and other academic visitors.

Once we have received all the required information, we will:
- Check the availability of suitable accommodation.
- Prepare a detailed quotation.
- Send you a complete and personalised rental proposal.

As we receive many inquiries every day and offer flexible rental periods, we are unfortunately unable to provide accurate information about prices or availability by telephone.

Current tenants can contact us by email every day. Urgent matters will be handled as soon as possible.
