FAQ – Can I place a name label on my doorbell and mailbox?
Yes. You are allowed to place a name label on both your doorbell and mailbox. In fact, this is required if you complete your address registration.
We recommend placing the label yourself. If your doorbell or mailbox does not have a label holder, you can request one, and we will install it during our next building visit.
In the meantime, you may use a paper label or sticker, provided that it can be easily removed when you move out.
