Provided Equipment in your student studio

We like to help our international students, save on travel weight or spending budget on things they will not be able to take home later 😉

Our student studios come with the following basic equipment:

Kitchen

• 2 INDUCTION cooking plates
• 1 microwave
• 2 garbage bins
• a set of cooking equipment, 2 of each (pots, onderleggers, deksel, …)
• frying pan: If there is still a frying pan in your studio, you are lucky!
  It’s most probably one of our previous stock or tenant. As it seems hard for tenants to keep them in good condition (scratches in coating, burn marks, distortion due to overheating, …) , frying pans are not provided, we suggest our tenants to buy one of their own so to be sure they are using a healthy product. 
• a set of table equipment, 2 of each (glasses, cups, plates, cuttlery, …)
• dripping rack for dishes
• platter
• water cooker: If there is still a water cooker in your studio, you are lucky!

Room Linen

• Matrass
• Matrass protector; 1 plastic, one molton
• 1 one person bed sheets set
• 1 bed cover
• 1 duvet
• 1 pillow + molton protector
• 1 room carpet
• 1 bathroom carpet
• 1 shower curtain
• 1 set of window curtains

Is it mandatory to use the provided equipment?

NO, It’s not mandatory to keep the material.  It’s also allowed to bring or buy your own. 

If you will not use the material, we advise to return it so it can be stored for another tenant in good and clean condition.  Returning material does not give right to a discount. 

In this case, simply let us know on the first days following arrival (and if possible before the IFIRMA visit) by 

1. Email a list + picture shwoing all of the material you want to return, and so it can be transferred to Ifirma to be marked as removed from the inventory
2. NEATLY! prepare the material in a box or strong bag so we can collect it during the next technical building visit.
3. materials that are not returned and stored in the studio, still need to be returned cleaned at the end of the stay
