How to Return Textiles Before Departure (Avoid Extra Costs)

At your arrival, a set of textiles is provided for your stay, including bed linen, pillows, duvet, mattress and pillow protectors (including waterproof protectors), shower curtain, kitchen towels, and room rugs.

All these items must be properly washed, fully dried, neatly folded, and returned in good condition before departure & Ready to Use for the next tenant if you want to avoid laundry costs. This helps us prepare the studio quickly for the next guest and avoid additional cleaning or replacement costs.

Washing Tips

  • Wash all used textiles before departure.
  • Recommended temperature: 40°C for regular washing. For the final wash before departure, use 60°C or a prewash program for best results.

Important:
Some items (such as mattress protectors) contain plastic or waterproof layers.
Please use a gentle or synthetic program (40°C) and avoid high heat, as plastic materials may melt or become damaged.

Drying & Folding

  • Make sure all laundry is completely dry before folding it, use the dryer in the laundry center.
  • Fold all textiles neatly before leaving.

(Avoid Extra Costs)

If the laundry is returned in good condition and ready to use by the next tenants, this helps us save time and cost for washing so the charge for (re)doing your laundry will be waived.
