FIRE SAFETY GUIDELINES

We would like to remind you of the importance of knowing and following the building’s fire safety instructions.

These instructions are:

  • Posted on the door of every studio;
  • Emailed to you upon arrival
  • Available on our website
  • In the checklist below

Please take the time to read and understand these rules, as knowing and following them is essential for not only your safety but also that of your fellow residents.

We also want to highlight the importance of reporting FALSE ALARMS.

If a fire alarm is triggered without an actual fire (for example, smoke from cooking), it is important to report it to the people in the building who have also been alarmed. Doing so helps prevent unnecessary panic among other residents and owners, and can also avoid unnecessary emergency responses and costs.

Thank you for taking this seriously and for helping us maintain a safe and calm living environment for everyone.
