FAQ ° Can I take an option on a studio until next week?

Unfortunately, we cannot hold a studio without a confirmed booking, even for a few days. Our studios are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you wish to secure a studio, you can do so by completing the booking process by signing the rental agreement and arranging the required initial payment. The studio is only reserved once the contract is signed and the first rent has been received.

We understand that you may need some time to make a decision, but availability can change at any time. If another student confirms the booking first, we cannot guarantee that the studio will still be available next week.

If you have found a studio that suits you, we recommend completing your booking as soon as you are ready.
