As part of our tenant-first approach, we offer a free pre-checkup around 2 weeks before your departure. This gives you the chance to avoid the formal outgoing place inventory by IFIRMA — and skip the extra €120 cost that comes with it.

🔍 What’s the deal?

• • We do a quick inspection of your studio,

• • Go over any final cleaning/fix-up needs together or by mail,

• • And if all looks good, we waive the IFIRMA checkout visit.And if everything’s on point, we cancel the IFIRMA visit and close the contract smoothly.

💬 Why two weeks in advance?
IFIRMA needs that much notice to schedule their visit — so our pre-check is perfectly timed.
