What about your TADO batteries

Following link will show you which batteries to use and how to replace them in your heating radiator nob or thermostat. Replacing and charging batteries is the responsibility of the tenant, same as a correct heating management.

  • the battery empty sign is not always accurate.
  • if you notice your heating schedule is no longer operational (heating keeps on or off while it is configured differently) it is probably time to replace your batteries.
  • when replacing your batteries that you have not placed yourself, first check if they are rechargeable batteries that had been placed by your landlord (black – eneloop, white or light blue ikea reachargeable batteries) –> DO NOT THROW them but use a charger or return them to your landlord
  • if they are throw away batteries, replace them with the model as indicated in the link below.
