Standard single bed
All studios are equipped with a single wall bed, designed for one person.

The wall bed is integrated into the studio to make efficient use of the available space while keeping the room practical and comfortable for everyday student living.
A mattress is provided
A 90 × 200 cm mattress is provided by the landlord and is part of the studio equipment.
If you prefer to use your own mattress, this is possible, but you are responsible for storing the landlord’s mattress yourself for the entire rental period.
The landlord’s mattress must be:
- stored in a clean and dry area
- properly and completely wrapped/protected
- kept safely to prevent dirt, moisture, mould or infestation
- protected from any damage during storage
The mattress must be returned in the same clean and undamaged condition. The landlord cannot provide storage space for mattresses that tenants choose not to use.
Mattress protection is mandatory
To keep the mattress hygienic and in good condition, the use of a combined plastic + molton water resistent mattress protector is mandatory.
The protector must properly cover and protect the mattress during the entire rental period.
Please note that stains, damage or signs of poor maintenance can result in charges. If the mattress has been damaged or cannot reasonably be reused due to inadequate protection or maintenance, the cost of replacement may be charged at the end of the rental period.
Taking proper care of the mattress is therefore part of the tenant’s responsibility for the studio and its inventory.
