Arrive in Leuven without having to bring everything with you
Moving to Leuven, especially when arriving from abroad, often means travelling with limited luggage. Buying a pillow, duvet, bedding, kitchen towels and other household essentials for a temporary stay can also be inconvenient.
For this reason, tenants can choose to add an optional Household Linen Set to their stay.
If requested in advance, the complete set will be professionally cleaned and prepared and will be ready in your studio upon arrival.
This service is entirely optional. You are of course free to bring and use your own bedding and household linen.

Current cost: €60
The current cost for the complete Household Linen Set is €60, plus any applicable online payment or transaction costs.
This amount covers the professional preparation and laundry costs for the complete set.
Payment before arrival
If you would like to use the Household Linen Set, it must be requested in advance and the laundry cost must be paid before your arrival.
Payment must be received at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival date.
This deadline is important because the complete set must be sent for professional laundry, prepared and placed in your studio before your arrival.
If payment is received too late, we cannot guarantee that the complete set will be available when you arrive.
At the end of your stay
The complete Household Linen Set remains the property of the accommodation and must be left behind at the end of your stay.
Please make sure that all items are returned and left in good and usable condition.
Where necessary, damaged or missing items may need to be replaced at the tenant’s expense.
If an item is:
missing;
damaged;
permanently stained;
damaged through improper use; or
no longer suitable for further use,
please inform us.
We kindly ask you not to dispose of or independently replace items without informing us first, as replacement items need to correspond with the specifications and quality of the existing set.

Once the request has been confirmed and payment has been received within the required deadline, we will arrange for the set to be professionally prepared and ready in your studio.

Important
a mattress protector, shower curtain and bathroom floorcarpet are always mandatory
Whether you choose our Household Linen Set or bring your own bedding, the use of a these items are mandatory at all times.
Even if you do not choose use our Household Linen Set, the provided mattress protector must remain on the mattress throughout your stay.
This requirement is intended to protect the mattress and ensure that it remains hygienic for future tenants.
About possible price adjustments
The current price is based on the current professional laundry rates charged by our external laundry provider.
The amount paid before arrival should therefore be considered an advance payment towards the laundry costs connected to the Household Linen Set.
If the laundry provider changes its rates during the course of your stay, and this results in a difference between the advance payment and the final applicable laundry cost, the remaining difference may be charged at the end of your stay.
This approach allows us to offer the service at the actual cost charged by the professional laundry provider rather than building an additional margin into the price to anticipate possible future price increases.
