General Rules, applicable for all tenants :

• Every studio takes 1 week, your studio number indicates the week that you are responsible for taking out the trash
• If you cannot take your turn, you ask the the person of the studio who’s taking turn before or after you to switch turns, do it well in time so they can also adapt their planning
• If you cannot find a solution for somebody taking over your turn, contact us by email
• If we are reported the garbage is not taken outside, we will hire an external and the cost will be charged from the tenant who is not participating
• If people skipping their turn becomes a regular thing, it will impact hygiene and comfort and we will be obliged to hire an external to do this on a 3-times week basis. This cost is not included in your rent and will be spread in equal parts over all tenants
• All tenants work together, help each other
