Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside your accommodation!
It is forbidden to smoke inside your accommodation, you have signed a contractand accepted on houserules, please follow it. Smoking ONLY outside.
– For fire security reasons first of all ! You live in a building with several people, please respect their safety. The fire Insurance will not cover you or the damages you have caused if a fire is caused by smoking!
– Smoking causes smell and yellow nicotine to stay in walls and furniture. You will be held responsible for all cost to repair damage or extra work needed to remove smell, stains, damage in case you do not respect the smoking ban!
– The smell of smoke enters the common parts of the building and ventilatioin system, this way it is disturbing for your fellow tenants and neighbours. If you think smoking outside your window is a solution: it is NOT. The smells goes up to your neigbour above. Please respect eachother.
– Smoking is not healthy for you!
