- Your consumption registered daily by Techem TSS. You can follow up yourself on your consumption and pay only for what you use.
- No need to worry about settling any supplementary contracts for consumption, internet or insurance.
- 2 months deposit for contracts of 3 months or more. For shorter period, 1 month deposit or as negotiated.

We offer a flexible price formula based on the contract duration of the rental.

For international bookings we ask a 50€ administrative fee for handling of the paperwork for your rental and contract, which will be refunded if all rental contract went correctly.
For rentals longer than 3 months we attribute a discount for timely and correct payments and smooth rental process at the end of your stay.

The procedure to confirm your booking has been emailed to you, find out more information about our rental and booking procedure.
To avoid double bookings or disappointment about dates no longer available. Received price quotation are subject to availability and studios are only blocked after receipt of the first month rent payment.
Please note that we cannot take FREE reservation options, only after receipt of the booking fee transfer or proof and the signed contract, the accommodation will be blocked for you.
Delaying the process with sending seperate questions or postponing the payment after receiveing the contract, will not guarantee availability of your prec-ferred studio or move in date. Once you made your decision, we advice to confirm it so to avoid dissapointments or lack of availability.
