- Unsure? Report and ask advise!
- Don't wait to report a (small) issue untill it is too late.  
- Don't mess with technical installations yourself, 
- Make clear picture(s) if possible
- Be clear and complete
- Try to remember details (when did you first notice, how dit it happen, did it happen simultaneously with other issues, is it only inone place, smell, sound, ...) 
- Be patient, we are probably working behind the scenes to help you sort this.
