Nice quite place located more near to the center of the city where you can arrive easily by walk, bicycle or bus (in case that you rent a bicycle, in front of the building there are some places where you can park it easily). The building and the surrounding area are quiet (no nightly noises), perfect for stay peacefuly also for study.

The pictures posted on facebook and webpage correspond with the rent service provide it. Each studio is fully equipped with the basic furniture (e.g. mattress, bed sheet, pan, cutlery, plate) allowing you settle in any time without the necessity to buy extra staff.

Furthermore, there is a common kitchen area equipped with dishwasher, oven, washing machine and dryer that helps to save extra money and time in the daily day.

The studio is suitable for any consumer profile: students who comes to do an Erasmus, internship or PhD. Also for people who comes to work.
