Technical Maintenance

The responsibilities of technical maintenance for building and accommodation are arranged by law.

This means some maintenance is at the responsibility of the tenant and some maintenance remains at the responsibility of the landlord or building manager.

A list of small repairs at the responsibility of the student can be found here.

A list of small repairs for  main residence tenants can be found here.

The tenant is always responsible to communicate issues or problems, damages in the first place and as soon as possible to the landlord.

your landlord will then evaluate the matter and look together with you to decide on the best solution. Some small repairs will be fixed sooner or more affordable if they are done directly by or with the help of your landlord.

We ask all tenants to contact us always first before taking initiatives.
